Catching some rays is the spring!

It was one of the first warm friday evenings and every one piled outside after work to sit in the field behind the "Pav" for a few beers. The yellow building is the "Pav". The red brick building is the Dental Hospital where i work. The monument is the first thing you see when you walk through the main gates of Trinity.

Belfast and Black Taxi Tour

Went to Belfast in May 2006 with a friend. Didn't like it all that much but the contrast of the Parade we stumbled upon and then the Black Taxi tour of the political paintings made for some interesting photos. We walked out of a mall to find this parade going on, we never did find out what it was for. That evening we did the taxi tour, very thought provoking. Hope i don't get in trouble for the picture of Bush!

The Going Away Party

The going away party was held at an Irish pub in Gastown. There were so many of us that we took over the whole top floor! It was so much fun but sad also. This would be the last time i would see some of these friends for a long time. Due to complications with visas and flights, i did not leave for 3 more weeks so we called it the "Not going away" party.
